Terms and conditions

The balance is payable on arrival, at the moment of check-in..
Children from 0 to 3 years old stay for free. A 30% discount is applied on the price per person for 3 to 10 years old children. A 20% discount is applied on the price per person for 10 to 14 years old kids.
In the period from August 9th to August 23th we only accept reservations for a minimum of one week.
For the month of August we accept bookings of a minimum duration of one week from Saturday to Saturday.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax rate is 1,50 € per person per night, for a maximum of 6 nights of reservation in a row.
These categories are exempt from paying tourist tax:

• children up to age 14;
• coach drivers and/or tour leaders for every 25 group members;
• disabled persons with special needs (including one companion);
• members of the State police force and the other armed forces on duty.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation or change of reservation must be made only by email or fax and is to certain conditions:

• Up to 15 days before arrival date cancellation is free (refund of the deposit);
• Between 15 and 5 days before arrival date cahrge is equal to 30% of total reservation (no refund of the depost);
• In case of a notice of less the 5 days or no shows, full total of reservation will be charged;
• In case of early departure, total of all the night you don't use will be charged.
